Cancellation Policy for RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service, For Software Downloads & Digital License Keys

### 1. No-Cancellation Window After Delivery

All products sold on RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service are digital goods delivered instantly via download link and/or license key.

Once your order is processed and the download link or license key has been issued to you by email or displayed in your account, the sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be "returned" once access has been granted. The file can be copied, installed, and used immediately, which makes revoking access impossible.

If you placed an order but have *not yet* received your download link or license key, you may request cancellation.

How to request:
- Contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order at contact@rhss.info - Include your Order # and the email used at checkout on RockIT Hyperlocal Software Service

If we have not yet processed/fulfilled the order, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Note: Because fulfillment is automated and usually instant, this window is very short. If the system already sent your files, Section 1 applies.

Placed the same order twice by mistake? Contact us within 2 hours of purchase.

If we can verify that:
1. The second license key/download has not been activated or downloaded, and
2. The request is within 2 hours of the transaction

We will cancel the duplicate order and refund it. Activation or download of either key voids this option.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, or violation of our Terms of Service. If your order is cancelled by us before delivery, you’ll be notified by email and will not be charged. If a charge already occurred, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation = stopping an order before delivery. Refund = addressing issues after delivery.

For issues after delivery like corrupted downloads, missing keys, or software not working as described, please see our *Refund Policy* instead. We offer 7-day technical support and replacement for defective downloads.

If you purchased a subscription-based license:

- You can cancel future renewals anytime in your account under "Store" → "Subscriptions"
- Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. It does not refund the current active period.
- You retain access until the end of the paid period
